I REALLY want to lose weight ok yeah. I’m not sure exactly what to do I don’t eat a lot mainly because I’m never really that hungry but I’m wondering what are some WAY  effective exercises so that I can lose some mad poundage? And a good meal plan? Seriously blah I gotta lose weight

my goal is a whole week.
